We have members from all years in the college who are majoring in everything from Economics to Philosophy.
Co-Presidents
Sophia Wang
Sophia is a fourth-year from Maryland majoring in Economics. In her free time, she enjoys trying new restaurants and traveling. She will be working full-time at Morgan Stanley, SF after graduation.
Nik Tolpegin
Nik is a fourth year at the college studying economics and computer science. During his free time, he enjoys lifting and watching horror movies. He spent his first two summers working at Cerberus Capital Management and spent his third year summer at Qatalyst Partners, where he will be returning full time.
Phalgun Garimella
Phalgun is a fourth-year at UChicago studying Statistics and Economics. He worked in the Natural Resources group at Goldman Sachs this past summer and will be returning full-time. In his free time, he likes to play Spikeball, take pictures of cityscapes, and try new restaurants.

Cole Tran
Cole is a third year studying Mathematics. Next summer, he will be working in Derivatives Trading & Structuring at Morgan Stanley. In his free time, Cole enjoys playing poker, running and watching football.
Isha Sharma
Isha is a third year studying economics and computer science. In her free time, she can be found playing soccer, at a cafe, or on the quad. She has pursued her interests in investing, finance, and machine learning. Next summer, she will be joining GTCR as a private equity summer analyst.
Dhruv Kohli
Dhruv is a third year from France majoring in Mathematics and Economics. Outside of class, he plays rugby and chess, cooks, and does kendo. This past summer he interned at AXA Investment Managers and did the math REU during his first year summer.

Ivy Chen
Ivy is a third year studying economics. Next summer, she will be working in investment banking at Lazard. In her free time, Ivy enjoys playing piano, taking photography, and swimming.
Aditya Sagar
Aditya is currently a third year majoring in Economics. This past summer, he worked at a derivatives advisory firm in NYC. He was involved mainly with using fixed income derivatives to structure hedges for clients with floating rate risk. Outside of class & work, he plays the drums for UC’s Dirst Red Brass Band and also plays tennis in his free time.
Lucy Huang
Lucy is a sophomore majoring in Economics and Data Science from Hong Kong. She is interested in investment banking, private equity, and consulting. She has previously interned at a venture capital and a financial markets association. In her free time, Lucy enjoys playing volleyball and trying out different restaurants.
